Red Rock Roasters is a family-owned specialty coffee roaster based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our job is to conscientiously source the best green coffees in the world and roast them with the care and professionalism they deserve.
Our hot-air coffee roasting technology is 80% more efficient than conventional drum roasting. We have a recycling program and use reusable delivery totes instead of cardboard boxes. Our burlap coffee bags and chaff go to a local community garden for mulch and composting.
