Nimble was founded on the idea that personal tech products should be made better for the planet. Nimble challenges the consumer tech industry by using more sustainable materials in all products, 100% plastic-free packaging, and will recycle your old tech for free, closing the loop on electronic waste.

Environmental impact is at the core of everything Nimble does. This includes designing and manufacturing our products using materials such as recycled aluminum, recycled plastic, and plant-based bioplastic. All products are come in 100% plastic-free packaging with zero harmful inks or dyes, and delivered using carbon-neutral shipping.

We also believe it’s our responsibly to reclaim as much new technology as we put out into the world. To accomplish this, we’ve partnered with Homeboy Electronics Recycling to establish the One-for-One Tech Recovery Project™. Through this program, we provide a free and easy method for every customer to recycle their old electronic waste for free with every product sold. Since its launch in 2018, we’ve added more certified recycling partners to include plastic phones cases, compact discs and DVDs.

As the only personal tech brand that’s incorporated as a Public Benefit Corporation, certified as a B Corporation, and committed as a 1% for the Planet member, we’re legally required to consider our impact on all stakeholders including workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment. This includes an annual commitment of at least 1% of all revenue for ecologically-focused nonprofits and initiatives.

“Brands today make a lot of promises about their environmental impact. From the products we make to how we distribute them, we believe in trusted third-party validation. In partnering with Carbonfund, our customers can be sure our support for those combating the threat of climate change is not only effective, but verified.” – Ross Howe, Co-Founder & CEO
