Adorn Leather was born out of a need for ethically and sustainably produced high-quality leather-goods. We are a family business, run by sisters, Margie and Madeline Siggelkow. After visiting the beautiful town of Hoi An, Vietnam while traveling, Margie, a boutique owner in Wisconsin, learned about the history and legacy of leathercraft in this region. She was never able to find leather bags to sell in her shop that were both sustainably and ethically made while at the same time being high-quality full-grain leather. So after traveling to Hoi An several times, she built up a relationship with a family run, woman-owned leather shop, and together they design and produce beautiful leather bags and accessories.

Environmental Commitment:

As a retail business we try to offset our carbon footprint whenever possible. We know that importing goods, shipping and manufacturing all contribute to our carbon footprint, and by partnering with Carbon Fund, we are able to offset our footprint. This literally means the world to us. As the owner and founder of my business, I need to know that I am doing everything I can to offset my company’s carbon footprint.

“As a company that sells ethically made and sustainable products, how can we truly call ourselves ethical and eco-friendly if we don’t do something to offset our own carbon footprint? Our environmental impact is not just an environmental one, but a humanitarian one. We are so happy and honored to be able to partner with the Carbon Fund and help eliminate our negative environmental and humanitarian impact.” – Margie Siggelkow, Owner of Adorn Janesville, Adorn Leather and Headstand Accessories
