Paradis Perdus was born from a desire to create beautiful knitwear without causing undue harm to our planet. Designed in New York with a French sensibility, the collection marries high-fashion silhouettes with recycled materials, resulting in garments that are at once both elevated and luxurious, yet playful and imaginative. They imbue a feeling of joy and rediscovery; a remembrance of times past while delving into the future.
As part of Paradis Perdus’ commitment to preserving our environment now and in the future, the company made the decision to join the Carbonfree® Small Business Partnership Program in order to neutralize its operational emissions and beyond.
“Paradis Perdus was created in 2020 in an effort to create a positive shift in the fashion cycle. By exclusively using recycled materials and limiting consumption of natural resources, we aim to make the environment a priority, without compromising style or design,” explains Thomas Poli, Co-Founder. “By partnering with Carbonfund.org, we will be able to offset any carbon emissions which will occur naturally from the operation our business.”
Each Paradis Perdus item is made entirely from the finest recycled yarns available, with each step – from sourcing and production to packaging and shipping – done with every effort to reduce its environmental impact. For full transparency, each garment is certified and labeled as 100% recycled.
