I offer a donation process on my site to allow customers to offset the carbon costs of shipping their orders with a donation to Carbonfund.org. I try to offer organic carriers and accessories where available, and source only products that are made in the US or under fair trade conditions overseas. I repurpose (i.e., using cardboard as garden mulch), Freecycle, or recycle all shipping materials. I use compact fluorescent bulbs in my home office (and throughout my home), 100% post-consumer recycled paper in my printer, and I refill ink cartridges rather than buying new.
