Winery clubs can only send you wines from their limited portfolio. Many wine clubs buy wine from the bulk market to send to their club members. Cheese of the Month Clubs send cheese with generic wine recommendations.
Pairings Wine & Cheese takes pairing wine and cheese to a higher level. We select incredible wines that we taste with an array of magnificent artisan cheeses and we choose the final pairing based on an overall “wow” factor.
Gourmet grocery stores are unable to match specific wines and cheeses because they don’t taste them together, so they can only give you a nonspecific recommendation. We remove the mystery of pairing wine and cheese and send you a party in a box so that all you have to do is open, sip and savor! We are not trying to teach you rules of wine and cheese pairings, because we believe there are no rules. What we want to do is share the stories behind the passionate artisan wine and cheese makers, where even the cows have names. We are offering you a forum to comment and a place to get your questions answered by the experts.
