Environmental Commitment

In daily operations at HRDQ, we are doing our best to always recycle, and keep our paper and electricity use to a minimum.  As a publisher, we make sure that all of our printed materials are on recycled paper and that we are offering electronic solutions whenever possible.

Efforts include:

  • Carbon offsets purchased for office and workers
  • Recycled paper used for paper products
  • Recycled paper used for catalogs (FSC and Rainforest Alliance Certified)
  • Initiative to use email and web promotions instead of direct mail
  • Office improvements including compact fluorescent lighting
  • Initiative to remove petroleum based items from products including CDs, binders, and packaging
